💻 About the Role:
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years experience in customer success or admin roles
- Strong communication & systems skills
- Based in the U.S. & available during EST business hours
- Advanced to Expert Level Experience with HubSpot and Zapier is required. Experience with other tools like Asana, Slack, Thinkific, Skool, etc is also needed.
- Friendly, organized, and eager to grow!
✈️ Occasional travel for events (2 per year)
📍 Fully remote (U.S. only) | Must work within the EST time zone.
