SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We’re looking for a passionate and driven, fully remote - part time to full-time, Sales Representative (SR) to join our dynamic and growing team! 
 
A Sales Representative plays a crucial role in our sales process and its main mission is to meet with qualified Doctors virtually to deliver exceptional value through our personalized and consultative sales processes. 
 
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Is a Go-Getter!
  • Is able to handle rejection well
  • Has the drive to earn trust and built rapport quickly
  • Has superb communication skills
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Has a positive attitude.
  • Has High Follow Through
  • Exerts Professionalism on phone, zoom, email, and in person
 

To be considered for the position, you must: 

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in high ticket sales (closing ideally through remote) is required. 

  • Must have 3 professional references.

  • Be located in the USA or Canada.

  • Have a home office set for success with a professional background and laptop or desktop. A laptop would be required for travel and events.

  • Have a flexible schedule with part-time availability to start. We would love to move the right candidate into a full-time position (25-40+ hours per week)

  • Include a video “interview” (no longer than 4 minutes) answering the following questions:

    • Introduce yourself, where you are based, and why you are interested in the role

    • Share an example of a time when you took initiative to improve your sales skills or expand your knowledge of an industry? How did it impact your sales performance?

    • In your previous sales roles, how have you ensured that your performance consistently exceeds expectations? Can you share a time when you went above and beyond for a client or colleague?

MARKETING TECHNOLOGY & DATA MANAGER


We are looking for a full-time technical minded Marketing Technology & Data Manager to keep our CRM (Hubspot), integrations, and data tracking running smoothly.

You are a perfect fit for this position if…

  • You thrive on the technical side of marketing.

  • You are a problem-solver who enjoys ensuring that systems work seamlessly and data flows effortlessly.

  • You are a team player and can closely work with our ad, funnel building, and email marketing teams to ensure integrations are properly setup and data is tracking accurately to our CRM (HubSpot).

  • You can quickly troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

  • You are adept at navigating HubSpot and will lead building dashboards and maintaining our customer journey map so our marketing department can make informed decisions based on great data.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zapier.

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations or automation role.

  • The ability to solve technical problems quickly and communicate solutions effectively.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tracking scripts, CSS, HTML, JS and RestAPI/JSON.

  • Full Time Availability, ideally 9am-5pm ET Monday-Friday (can be flexible for the right candidate).
