SALES ADMIN/OPS LEAD 

If you’re highly attuned to details, are a champion at following through, secretly love a good spreadsheet,  and you enjoy supporting teams then this may be the role for you. We’re a wellness-based company that coaches doctors and health entrepreneurs on how to grow and scale their businesses. 

We’re looking for a Sales Admin/Sales Operations Lead to support our Head of Sales and the Sales Department. This includes (but is not limited to), recording keeping, data reporting in CRMs and spreadsheets, building and maintaining SOP’s, reviewing and verifying invoices and providing an outstanding level of service and support. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attending team meetings and supporting with note taking and implementing administrative and operational actions
  2. Assist in optimizing, implementing, and building new sales department policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Utilizing CRM- Hubspot for record-keeping, data reconciliation, and building reports 
  4. Experience in building spreadsheets that not only function well but also look good! 
  5. Reviewing and verifying invoices
  6. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to gather necessary information and streamline processes
  7. Attend our events and occasionally 3rd party events (2-4 times per year)

  • Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to engage with customers and team members in a professional manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

*At least 1 year proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or a similar role is required. 

*Must have 3 professional references

*Knowledge of Asana, Hubspot, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Slack is a plus, but not a requirement as we will teach the right candidate. 

*Must be U.S. or Canada-based and can work within ET time zone. 

*$25-30 USD per hour based on experience. Part Time 15-20 hours per week with Full Time hours during Event Weeks (2-4 times per year).
